Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your wig to initiate a return.

Condition: Wigs must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned wig and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions: Customized or altered wigs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
